A life worth standing
before Allah with.
Ruh is a coaching practice for young Muslim professionals navigating the most demanding decade of adult life — career, marriage, finances, identity, and faith — without losing your soul to any of them.
Five pillars, one integrated life.
Every Ruh engagement is built on the same five-pillar architecture — soul, self, mind, body, and ummah. Held to one standard: Ihsān — doing each of them as if Allah ﷻ is watching. This is what distinguishes Ruh from secular life coaching: not just goals, but goals worthy of standing before Allah with.
Four doors into the work.
Most clients begin with the entry workshop, then choose between private 1:1 coaching or the cohort experience based on what they need. The Fatiha Workshop sits alongside as a continuous, weekly spiritual practice — a standing seat at the halaqa for anyone who wants it.
The Why Workshop
A six-anchor framework — Fitrah, Ni’mah, Ibtila, Niyyah, Khidma, Athar — for uncovering the why Allah already placed inside you. Available as a 1:1 arc or a six-week cohort. The honest start to everything else.
The Private Path
The full Ruh 6 — eighteen private 1:1 sessions across six months, plus async voice and text support between sessions. Built for serious professionals ready for deep, confidential work across all five pillars.
The Brotherhood
& Sisterhood Cohorts
Ten men or ten women, six months together. Bi-weekly group sessions plus four 1:1 deep-dives. Peer accountability, confidential community, and significantly higher retention than solo coaching.
The Fatiha Workshop
A weekly deep dive into Surah Al-Fatiha — its language, its theology, and the lived practice it asks of us. Six-month cycles in a group circle, with continuous enrollment for those who want a standing seat at the halaqa.
Closest in Spirit to your Original
but honst
Most Islamic life coaching today is built around women’s
circles and marriage counseling _ which this community genuinely needs. But structured, sustained coaching for the Muslim professional — someone holding career, identity, and faith together, not in a single sitting but over time — is harder to find. Ruh is built for that.
Your life is the amanah.
Let’s treat it that way.
